RSS v2.0
Data Collection

RSS is a standard content format that automatically brings all the latest content directly to you from one or more websites. Keep track of the latest updates from your favourite websites in a single place.

Description

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. It is a web feed in a standard XML format that allows users to receive updates from websites in a standardized user-readable format. The RSS feed can be fetched by using the feed's URL of a particular website. The content can then be seen through user-readable emails or in an RSS reader.

Using RSS, subscribe to all your favourite news websites, blogs, podcasts, and automatically receive the latest content on them.

App Capabilities

Using our RSS integration, add the ability to your app to

  • Send the latest content for any website automatically to your users through email campaigns.

Triggers

A trigger is an event that starts from an app and sends data to other apps. For example: If your app is a Task Manager, a trigger can be 'Task Created'. We can then add another step like Push Message to Slack Channel or Create Google Calendar Event; both these steps will be triggered after the Task Created trigger.

Actions

An action is a step we execute on the corresponding app. For example: In a task manager, an action can be to Create Task or Update Task. An action cannot be the first step in an integration, and it is started by Integry on another platform. For example, an integration could be to Create Tasks (an action on receiving app) from Slack Messages (trigger).
